WOOOOO!!!!! Both of the
baptisms went great (I sent pictures by the way). They both asked Elder
Sterling to baptize them but I'm perfectly ok with that as long as they got in
the water. The Spirit was so strong in both of them. Misael was so happy
that the moment finally arrived. He was crying through most of the start
of the program. Claudia was pretty nervous but she was so happy
afterwards. They are both so amazing.
Now transfers. I'm
staying in Midwood but Elder Sterling is going to Woodside, Queens. He is
going to be Elder Leavitt's next companion. He has been in Woodside
before and though he really doesn't want to leave, he is happy to be going back
there. I don't know who my next companion is yet. All I am asking
is that he can work well with Ana and Jimmy, especially Ana. I can
definitely see her regressing if the new missionary isn't great. All the
missionaries that people are guessing are really good missionaries
though. My next companion is still going to be district leader so that
makes it a little easier to guess. You just have to look at who is a
Spanish DL who has been in the same area for a while.
Anyway, I'll tell you guys all
about my new companion this next week. Until then, Love you guys,
keep the prayers coming.
Elder Pearce
