Back to Brooklyn

February 25, 2013
Alright so this is a pretty bad library and I don't have much time to email but I will see how much info I can spew out here. So yes I was transferred from Rockaway, and that was more bitter than sweet. Although some of that pain was lessened because I am back in Midwood now. I am also training again. His name is Elder Rodgers from Bountiful.  He is doing great out here.  Midwood is now in an elliptical so most of the area that I was working in is now outside, but I can still visit a lot of the old members. I got back and discovered that all of my recent converts are now less active. So we quickly went to work reactivating them. I got William and Naydelin and their family back to church this Sunday.  Misael is still fighting to get work off. He is pretty angry because he said there is an employee there that just started a few weeks ago and they gave him Sundays off but they still won't give Misael his off. But he still has a testimony so that's good. Antonio I don't know how to contact, and I have heard that he moved to New Jersey, but his name is still in the ward's records. And Claudia is still here which surprised me. She was supposed to go home in November.  But unfortunately it looks like it is going to take quite a bit to get her back to church. We tried to get her to go down to the concert in Rockaway but she had to work. I'm not sure exactly what to do with her but I will figure it out. Anyway next week I will hopefully find a better place to email. We used to just email at the church but we don't have keys to the clerk's office anymore so I will need to ask around to see where the best library is. But I am already out of time so until next week.
Love you all,
Elder Pearce

(A member of Sean's Rockaway ward posted this video of Sean at a ward party -- he's got some great dance moves!  He was tagged in this so if this link doesn't work just go to his facebook page)
