Hot Humid Weather and Great Food

Alright so this was a pretty good week,

So Monday we went to 5 guys as part of Elder Goates last day in Dyker. It was the first time I have gone since I have come out here so that was fun. Then everyone wanted to go to the Century 21 that was right there and I gave in and bought a tie. They have hundreds of nice ties there for like 10 bucks. Then the next day it was transfers. Our sisters got put into a trio with a visa waiter but she got her visa already and is leaving tomorrow so today we are doing some of the New York things for her. We went and rode the Staten Island Ferry again and after we email we are going to eat at Spumoni Gardens pizza. So that should be good. Everyone says the food there is great.

The rest of the week honestly hasn't been too exciting. Meetings on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Weekly Planning on Thursday. Saturday the Young Women had their fundraiser so we spent a little bit of time there with them. The weather has had rain on the forecast for the last 10 or so days, with rain about every other day. Hasn't dropped the temperature too much though. Just made it more humid. Man I miss that dry heat. I'll take 105 with 10% humidity over 90 with 90% any day. I don't know how people do it. Oh well, only two more months. I'll survive.

So for your questions,

It sounds like we will be getting the internet stuff as soon as we get IPads, which President is fighting hard for. I am guessing not til after I leave though.

Don't really know about July 4th plans yet. Coney Island is in our area so we were thinking about going to the Hot Dog eating contest.

For the wings challenge, Elder Hernandez shocked everyone and finished in 4:30. He can't handle spicy food so everyone was really impressed. Elder Goates finished in 5:30 and me in 5:53. Barely managed the time. The spice wasn't too bad, I just can't eat that fast.
